Making An Easy Infused Vinegar Cleaning Solution

This is the 2nd part of Infusing Vinegar Post

Here we will make the actual cleaning solution once our vinegar has infused to our liking.

Using a cheese cloth and pasta strainer, pour your infused vinegar mixture into strainer, with a bigger bowl underneath to catch all the liquid.

Pour into a lovely glass container, like a mason jar. Now you have a concentrated vinegar.

To Make the Cleaning Solution:

Ingredients:

  1. Infused Vinegar
  2. 2 tbs. Baking Soda
  3. A container, like a glass jar,  24 oz is what I worked with
  4. Water

Directions:

We all know what happens when vinegar and baking soda mix, so when you are adding the 2 together, do so in small parts.

The ratio for water to vinegar is 3:1. Fill your jar with 75% water. Add baking soda and dissolve. Add the vinegar.

That's it. You are ready to clean all surfaces without harsh chemicals!

If your solution is still a strong vinegar smell, put a few drops of essential oils that match the scent of your infusion.
