On Memorial Day we remember the active military men and women who have died in service. It's a national holiday which grounds us to appreciate those strong and brave human beings. It's a time to get together with family and friends, especially if they are living all over the country.
This is kind of what happened on this shoot on Memorial Day Weekend. Well, there is a little more than that. The beautiful couple in the white attire are celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary! Wow! I love it! This couple had 5 sons who now have a family of their own (you can see with all the color coordination). Some couples came from Up North, some from Chicago and some locally!
Altogether, I had a fun time photographing this group of 20!
